Our Commitment
Pacific Logistics believes that a company is only as strong as its processes and people. We employ only seasoned Expedited Truckload professionals. This includes our driving team, Division Manager, Safety and Fleet Manager as well as Load Planners and Dispatchers. The Expedited Truckload environment must include all members pulling in the same direction to be successful. The Expedited Truck Load business has very little room for error. We consider it our pleasure to present a solution for any of your transportation needs.
Compliance, Safety and Accountability
As a carrier, safety is our top priority. Because of this, we have mandated the compliance to the rules and regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA). Comprehensive Safety Analysis (CSA 2010) is a very important aspect of our commitment to our customers, employees and more importantly our Nation's Highways and its driving public. CSA 2010 has 7 basic measurements.

Career Opportunities for Team or Solo Drivers
Over the Road Teams
- Consistent and predictable runs up to 7,200 miles per week.
- $.70 cpm
- $2,000.00 Transition Bonus to each driver
- $3200 guaranteed minimum per week if team is available for dispatch
- Flexible Home Time Plan
Over the Road Solos
- Consistent and predictable runs up to 3800 miles per week
- $.61 cpm
- $1,000.00 Transition Bonus
- Flexible Home Time Plan
Regional Drivers
- $33.00 per hour for every “On Duty” hour ($34.00 per hour based in CA)
- Home Weekly or Bi-Weekly based on home location and freight lanes
- Home for 48 hours
Local/Dedicated Linehaul
- $28.00 per hour for every “On Duty” hour ($29.00 per hour based in Jamesburg, NJ)
- Home Daily/Nightly
